Confluence provides drop-in workspace, monthly memberships for flexible workspace, dedicated desks, and private offices, virtual mail service, and hourly/daily meeting and event space rentals.

Confluence is a shared office community offering flexible workspace, conference rooms, and value-add services for local professionals. Members and day-users work, meet, and connect in the heart of downtown Lafayette with quick access to the best coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Confluence relocated to its current facility at 75 Waneka Parkway in 2018. The community features business owners, freelancers, and remote employees representing a range of professions. The space features nearly 8,000 square feet of private offices, open-plan workspace, meeting rooms, event space, a kitchen, lounge, and more.
Tom and Kristin Hardie launched Lafayette’s first coworking space, Confluence Small Business Collective, in 2014. Having worked from home themselves, they understood how isolating and challenging it could be, and knew Lafayette needed a community hub for people who shared their work-from-home challenge. Tom works for the Boulder County Office of Sustainability, Climate Action, and Resilience as a Business Sustainability Advisor. He’s active in the Lafayette community and spends a lot of time outdoors with his family.
Kira joined the Confluence team in 2017, and is passionate about building communities and creating connections. Kira will welcome you to the space by providing a tour, answering questions about membership options, and will get you comfortably settled for your first day of coworking. And yes - if the restrooms are out of toilet paper or the printer is jammed, she’ll take care of that too. She would love to meet you!
